Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 4–8 business days
    Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays (e.g., customs or weather).


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50 may have a flat-rate shipping fee, shown at checkout.


International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship to international destinations outside of the USA. At the moment, we only ship within the United States.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package at any time.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or seems to be lost, please contact us at contact@sublimehair.shop. We will assist in tracking it down or offer a solution.


Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
